Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These are the terms for using 365reset. We've kept them in plain language on purpose. By creating an account or joining as a member, you're agreeing to what's below.
What 365reset is
365reset is a guided mentorship membership — courses, a daily check-in tool, community, and live events, built to help you make real changes in how you live. It's mentorship and community support. It is not medical care, therapy, financial advice, or legal advice. If you're dealing with a medical, mental health, or financial issue that needs professional help, please see a qualified professional for that.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us right away at team365@365reset.com.
You need to be 18 or older to join 365reset.
Membership and billing
- 365reset membership is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
- You can cancel your membership any time from your own account — either right away, or at the end of your current billing period, whichever you choose.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made for the current billing period are not refunded, except where required by law.
- We don't use pressure tactics, hidden upsells, or surprise charges. What you sign up for is what you're billed for.
Christmas Gift Giving
This section covers a Christmas gift of three months of 365reset, bought by one person (the giver) for someone else (the gift person). For gifts, these rules replace the billing and refund rules under "Membership and billing."
- What the gift is. Three months of full 365reset membership for one person, for CA$50.
- Delivery. We email the gift person at 8 a.m. Atlantic (7 a.m. Eastern) on December 25, with the giver's note. The giver is responsible for giving us the right name and email.
- No expiry, no fees. A gift never expires, and we charge no fees on it.
- When it starts. The gift person can start any time. Their three months begin the day they first open My Hub.
- No card, nothing renews. We don't ask the gift person for a card. When the three months end, the gift simply ends, unless they choose to become a member at the regular price.
- Cancelling. The gift person can cancel any time during their three months by emailing team365@365reset.com.
- Refunds. If the gift person cancels during their three months, we refund the giver a prorated amount for the unused days, to the original payment method. If a gift hasn't been started, the giver can ask for a full refund, and the gift then ends. Refunds are sent within 15 days.
- Everything else. The gift person must be 18 or older, and the rest of these terms apply to them once they start.
Using 365reset
We want this to be a good, safe space. When you use 365reset, please:
- Be respectful of other members in the community and at live events.
- Don't share anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
- Don't share your account login with anyone else.
- Don't copy, resell, or redistribute our courses or content — they're for your own personal use as a member.
If someone seriously breaks these rules, we may suspend or end their account.
What you post
Anything you post in the community — comments, check-ins, replies — stays yours. By posting it, you're giving us permission to show it inside 365reset to other members, the way the community feature is meant to work.
Connecting outside services
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Google Health, or Apple Health, you're giving 365reset permission to read the specific information described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any of these at any time from My Devices, and we'll stop syncing right away.
No guaranteed results
365reset is designed to genuinely help — but how much you get out of it depends on you, and everyone's situation is different. We can't promise a specific result or outcome from using 365reset.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep 365reset running well and your information safe. That said, to the extent the law allows, 365reset and Jenn Humphries aren't responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that Canadian law says can't be limited.
Ending your membership
You can leave any time — see "Membership and billing" above. We may end an account that seriously breaks these terms, such as abuse of other members, sharing illegal content, or non-payment.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll do our best to let members know directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
