Privacy Policy

This page explains what information 365reset collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We've written it in plain language on purpose — no legal jargon, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what happens to your own information.

Who we are

365reset is run by Jenn Humphries, based on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us any time at team365@365reset.com.

What information we collect

We only collect what we actually need to run your membership and give you a good experience:

The short version: we only collect what you give us or what you specifically choose to connect. Nothing is pulled from your devices or accounts without your direct say-so.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

Sharing inside 365reset — your Chief Mentor

Your daily check-ins, Compass, and Continuums are shared with Jenn (your Chief Mentor) by default, so she can support you directly. You can turn this off any time from Settings → Privacy. Other Team365 staff never see this information, whether you leave it on or turn it off.

If one of our affiliates referred you

Some people who love 365reset share it as affiliates. If you joined through an affiliate — their link, their personal 365reset page, or by telling us their name — we record that so they get credit. That affiliate can see your name, when you joined, and whether your membership is active. They never see your email address, your payment details, or anything inside your account.

Affiliates also see how many people have visited their page or started to join through them — as numbers only, never who those people are.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information, to anyone, for any reason. We share the smallest amount necessary with a short list of trusted services that help us run 365reset:

Each of these only gets what it needs to do its one job — Stripe never sees your workout data, for example, and Twilio never sees your payment details.

We're adding more ways to connect your own devices and calendars over time — including Apple Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and wearables like Fitbit and Oura. The same rule always applies: we only ever connect to one of these because you specifically chose to, and only the service you connected gets your information — never all of them at once, and never anyone who doesn't need it to do their job.

Marketing and advertising tracking

On our public pages — this website, our affiliates' personal 365reset pages, and the page where you join — we keep track of how people find 365reset, so we can tell which of our posts and which of our affiliates are actually reaching people. There are two tools:

We're also planning to add similar tools for the social platforms we advertise on, so we can show relevant ads to people who've shown interest but haven't joined yet. We'll update this page before we do.

None of this marketing tracking happens inside the members-only app, where your personal Dashboard and check-ins live. If you'd rather not be counted, most browsers let you block this kind of tool or clear what a website has stored, and Google offers its own opt-out add-on.

Cookies

Inside the members-only app there's one small, necessary cookie that keeps you signed in — no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.

On our public pages there are a few more: Google Analytics sets its own cookies on this website, and our own counter uses a small cookie on our affiliates' pages and the join page (described just above). None of them is used for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored on our own secure server, located in Canada.

How we protect it

Sensitive information — like your name and personal notes — is encrypted, meaning it's scrambled into unreadable code any time it's stored, and only unscrambled when you (or our system, on your behalf) actually need to see it.

Your rights — and how to use them

This is the part that matters most: it's your information, not ours.

These aren't just promises in a document — they're real buttons in the app that work exactly as described.

Children

365reset is intended for adults. It isn't directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't make a change that reduces your rights without telling you clearly first.
